I had a couple of windows with parts that were broken and are guaranteed for life, but they don't make those windows anymore. He took off the latches and was going to take them in and match them up and do whatever he needed to do to get them working again. He follows through after over 20 something years. If I need anything he gives me parts I need. He's a great guy. I'd say their price is on the high side, but you get what you pay for. Transcribed from a telephone interview.

Description Of Work: I used the services of Buschurs Home Improvements.The last time I used their services was probably about four or five years ago. I had a lot done. I had windows, gutters, siding on my garage and doors done. I had quite a bit of stuff done from them. I don’t remember the price because each job had a different price and I called them back for each one of those things.

They had a good crew of people to do that. They were very friendly and nice. That made a big difference. I was very satisfied with the end result. They were excellent in terms of punctuality. I would use their services again in the future.

Description Of Work: We had a 12' X 12' 3 season sunroom built. This included the demolition of our old 33' patio and the pouring of a new one. The work went very well. The concrete people were great. They were neat, thorough, and friendly. The new patio is perfect. The Buschurs crew who built the actual room were also very good and attentive to detail. We have a beautiful new sunroom and are completely satisfied with all of the Buschurs employees, including the salesman and plan on using them for any future needs!

Description Of Work: We used Buschur's Home Improvement Center in June and they put on a sunroom patio enclosure for us.

Member Comments: We spent about $18000 on that service. It is a beautiful room and we love it. They were very reliable, did the work and they were very proficient. They just came in, did the job, cleaned up the mess and left. They haven’t called to see if everything is okay, but know my husband has been in contact with them. They lived up to our expectations. Our experience with them was excellent. We thought that the pricing was very comparable. We priced the glass room with windows and it was almost $8000 more and it was vinyl windows and not glass. We thought that the price for that was very realistic. We had several discounts and one of them for being On Angies List. They came out even before they told us they been here and had it done in two days. The salesman that we called was John and he came out and was very professional. We would use them again. They were excellent and we were very pleased.
